What is your return/exchange policy?
We will gladly accept returns of unworn, new merchandise, and defective merchandise purchased from www.petiteshoesnyc.com within thirty (30) days of original purchase, accompanied by an original receipt. All products should be in unworn condition with original packaging and product tags attached to ensure credit. We will provide either an exchange or a refund. All refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Shipping, handling and other charges are not refundable.
Include the original packing slip indicating the order number and item(s) you're returning, and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We do not accept returns or offer a refund or exchange for worn shoes and orders past (30) days since the purchase date.
How can I return or exchange merchandise?
If you wish to return or exchange unworn, new merchandise to www.petiteshoesnyc.com, please follow the instructions below.
Email email@example.com to notify us about the return or exchange within thirty (30) days of original purchase date and we will send you further instructions.
When shipping the item please choose a trackable shipping method and retain the information until your credit is processed.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, tags, parts, and accessories. All items must be returned in good condition to ensure credit.
- Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
- To return your product you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status
- You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order. Please Note: We will process your credit immediately upon receipt of the returned product. However, refunds may take up to one billing cycle to appear on your credit card statement.
- Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are not refundable.
If you need a different size we are happy to exchange unworn, new merchandise if the size is in stock. The fastest way to get an exchange or replacement for the item is to send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Since inventory changes quickly, we can't guarantee availability of desired exchange products. We recommend that you contact us and inquire about the availability of the product you want to receive in exchange by sending us an email at email@example.com within thirty (30) days of original purchase date.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on "final sale" merchandise or otherwise noted as non-returnable on the product page.
