What is your shipping policy?
Our goal is to ship your order as soon as possible. We will ship orders within 1 – 2 business days once the full payment is received.
Orders may be delayed because we reserve the right to verify billing and/or shipping information.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout, based on weight size and distance for both domestic and international shipping. We are working with our shipping partners to help you get the best rate possible so we can pass the savings on to our customers. Items will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx but some shipping restrictions may apply. Orders will be shipped during business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Delivery time is an estimate and may vary based on the carrier and delivery location.
Petite Shoes is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen in transit and/or upon delivery. All risks associated are assumed by the courier.
What is your international shipping policy?
We will ship to some international countries. International orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country’s customs department. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Note: If you refuse delivery of the shipment, you will be held responsible for payment of all return shipping fees and any applicable fees, duties, and taxes. Shipping & any other fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments or refused shipments and will be deducted automatically from your original form of payment.
